Across Australia, around 56,000 women are homeless each night, many with young children. Women unable to access shelters are left vulnerable, disconnected from community and support networks. Women’s Community Shelters is dedicated to providing women and children with a safe place to stay and an opportunity to rebuild their lives.
Cancer Chicks
Cancer Chicks are a cost-free service, providing emotional, social, practical, or for financial support. This includes workplace assistance, temporary physical support, or transport and accommodation for chemotherapy sessions. They remain in constant contact with affected young women, to support them along their journey.
Her Future
Providing education and academic tutoring, Her Future Coalition ensures that girls have the chance of breaking the cycle of poverty and exploitation by getting a quality education.
