2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items and  sale items are final sale unless deemed faulty and/or required to be returned by law.

4. Rachel Gilbert reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Sale promotion at its sole discretion.

5. Any styles that have been previously purchased before the launch of the sale will not be eligible for a partial refund of the discount. Further discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
