Same Day Delivery [Sydney Metro]

Sydney same day delivery is available Monday - Friday on orders placed before 11am AEDT each business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

You can expect to receive your same day delivery order by 6pm.

If your postcode is eligible for same day shipping, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location.

Standard Shipping

Metropolitan Areas- 2-5 business days transit time.

Regional Areas- 5-7 business days transit time.

* Please note: The shipping time frame begins when the parcel is collected by Australia Post.

Express Shipping

1- 3 business days transit time.

Order Processing Time

For Standard orders please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. The above transit times are an approximate guide once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

During Sale and peak periods please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.

If you are missing an item from your order, this is because it will be shipped to you directly from one of our Rachel Gilbert boutiques. You should have received separate tracking details through email if your order is being sent from multiple locations.

We apologise for any delays in processing your order. During busy sales periods, due to the high volume of orders that we receive, we may take additional time in packing and dispatching your order.

Before returning your items please ensure they meet the below criteria:

- Item is in new and unused condition

- Item has original tags attached and is in the original packaging

- Order has been received within 7 days

Please note we do not cover the costs to send the items back to us and our Returns Portal will deduct aflat rate fee off of your return. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.

All Online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense. Our Returns Portal will charge a flat rate return fee, shipping via Australia Post.

All sale items purchased from the Rachel Gilbert eBoutique are final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. We do not offer refunds, credits notes, or exchanges on any sale item purchased online unless deemed faulty. Please note, any sale item returned without authorisation will be sent back at an additional charge.

If you would like to exchange an online purchase please contact enquiries@rachelgilbert.com for help reserving the item.

If you have made an exchange on your order once, you can send it back within 7 days for a credit note only. Please note that this request will have to be assessed first before you are approved for a credit note. The exchange item must meet our return policy requirements. Please contact enquiries@rachelgilbert.com to submit a credit note request for a previously exchanged item.

Full price items purchased in one of our boutiques are eligible for a credit note return or exchange only. Full price items must be returned to the store of purchase within 7 days of purchasing.

Unfortunately, our Rachel Gilbert boutiques are unable to accept online returns in-store.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange for Rachel Gilbert items purchased at one of our stockists.

Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Buy Now, Pay Later enables you to receive and enjoy your items instantly, while paying for your purchase in installments. 

You must sign up for an Afterpay and/or Klarna account before checking out at Rachel Gilbert online to access these payment options.

Rachel Gilbert does not offer split payments. To purchase an item with multiple payment methods, please visit one of our Rachel Gilbert boutiques.
